There hasn't been a new skin tester for the updated GUI, though leiger is hoping to work on one. The skins are essesntially the same but have additional icons for .gba files, folders, homebrew apps that don't have a specific icon, and another background for during cheat selection.
I know its not all that hard to make, but taking screenshots and such are just so much easier with the skin editor, ya know?
