Problems flashing new cyclods ievolution

So I bought this card several months ago thinking I was getting another of the same Cyclods card I had before. Obviously the new Ievolution card was not plug-n-play, so I set it asside and now am trying to flash the card.

I understand the instructions, I have the Cyclods software/firmware and the hardware (including the "flying saucer" flashing tool.

But I cannot find acceptible copies of Mechassault and cooking coach, so I cannot create the bootupdt.evo file.... Therefore my $$$ is pretty much down the drain unless someone can point me to the correct game files or a competed copy of bootupdt.evo.

It looks to me like Cyclods circumvented the copyright problem by letting its users do the "illegal" software.

Any help would be highly appreciated - I really love my old Cyclods card.... and I'm sure I'll feel the same about the new one (if I can ever get it working)
