OBJECTIVE: Motivate residents and businesses to participate in energy efficiency programs.

STRATEGY: Taking small steps to save energy not only benefits the individual, it benefits the community at large. To connect small, individual and everyday actions to the powerful community impact we can make with every decision, we support our primary messaging of individual benefits (comfort, savings, no time commitment) with secondary messaging, and an accompanying photographic style, that evokes local pride and community mindedness.
