STRATEGY: When it comes to conveying simple and smart decisions, storytelling is key. And no one did it better than the Grimm Bros. They told simple stories with simple morals, and our moral is as simple as it gets: ductless heat pumps are the comfortable, cost-effective alternative to standard heating and cooling systems.
To tell our story, we featured Goldilocks, the prototypical consumer who knows what she wants, in an engaging, visually appealing narrative that appeals to the child and the smart decision-maker in all of us.
